1. What products do you sell?

We offer a curated range of handmade homeware products, including homemade candles, eco resin decor, soft furnishings and unique home accessories.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically dispatch orders within 1-5 business days. Handmade or customised items may take the full 5 days.

As a small business with handmade products, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as the launch of our website.
While we hold stock of most items, some pieces are made to order, which may result in slightly longer turnaround times.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer exchanges only (no refunds) unless the product arrives faulty or damaged. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned within 14 days in original packaging. Custom or personalised items and used candles are not eligible for exchange.

5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cove-home.co.uk with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under UK law.

6. How do I care for my handmade candles or eco resin objects?

For candles, burn them on a heatproof surface and avoid drafts for an even burn. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. For eco resin objects, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme moisture to preserve the finish.

Please note that our mineral-based decorative objects are not food-safe or drink-safe. They are intended for decorative use only and should not come into direct contact with food or beverages.

Keep the candle lid away from flames and heat sources. Candle lids are not designed to be heat-resistant when on the candle.

Use the candle lid to preserve fragrance and protect your candle when not in use. Replace the lid after the candle has fully cooled and the wick is trimmed.

7. Are your eco resin and mineral-based items waterproof?

Our eco resin and mineral-based products are coated with a protective acrylic sealer that helps resist minor moisture and stains. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water or exposed to prolonged moisture. To maintain their quality and finish, we recommend avoiding heavy exposure to liquids.

8. Are your eco resin and mineral-based products sustainable?

Yes! We use eco resin, which has a lower environmental impact compared to traditional resins by reducing harmful emissions. Our mineral-based products are made from an eco-friendly composite of natural minerals and water-based acrylic, featuring a low carbon footprint, non-toxic properties, and recyclability. Together, these materials help us offer beautiful, durable homeware that supports sustainability.
