You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site for any unlawful or harmful activity, or anything that infringes on others’ rights.
3. Products & Descriptions
We endeavour to display colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations and unique imperfections may occur and are not considered faults.
Products may also naturally evolve in finish or colour over time.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
Payments are accepted via secure gateways including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
5. Orders & Shipping

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order; this does not guarantee acceptance.

Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days. Handmade or customised items may take the full 5 days.

International Orders: Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges only, not refunds, unless an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Return Postage
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Final Sale
All purchases are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Minor aesthetic variations due to the handmade process are not faults and cannot be returned.
Refunds for faulty or damaged items will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cove-home.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund as per your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items returned without prior contact or after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We do not accept liability for parcels returned due to incorrect delivery details or non-collection. In these cases, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product images, logos, text, and design is the intellectual property of Cove and protected under UK law. You may not use or reproduce content without permission.
